A Bit of Healthy Baking..

Last night’s class was a bit healthier. We baked Bran Muffins with walnuts (which are a great souce of Omega three’s) and raisins. They turned out fabulously… Both big and delicious!

But we didn’t stop there. We also baked Tea Biscuits with currants. Mine were huge and light… 🙂
