In last night’s Art of Cakes class we made carrot cake… but not your typical carrot cake. We made more of a chiffon carrot cake with a cream cheese icing. Yum!
The cakes turned out fantastic! Though I must admit, they were alot of work. In the end we ended up with two carrot cakes that we had the option of leaving as two smaller cakes or layering into one large cake. I choose to layer my cake. After I iced the entire cake, I decorated the top with cream cheese rossettes and marzipan carrots. So cute!!
