In today’s Chocolate class we made Triple Chocolate Biscotti and Chocolate Covered Strawberries!
I’ve never made biscotti. I’ve never actually known how. So today’s class was very interesting. Inside the biscotti was chopped Lindt milk chocolate, chopped Lindt dark chocolate, and chopped toasted almonds. Once baked, dried and cooled, the biscotti was then dipped into Lindt dark chocolate and drizzled with white Lindt chocolate. Yummy! 😀
We also made chocolate covered strawberries. Some were general fancy designs great for any occasion, other were for special occasions. For the special occasions like Halloween, we made little white ghosts, and for weddings we made brides and grooms. The brides even had some with plain “satin” dresses, while others had lace on their dresses. All the brides wore necklaces, either chains or pearls. And all the chocolate covered strawberries were super cute! 🙂
