Cocoa Painting This one-day course introduces the traditional medium of cocoa painting. These skills allow for increased diversity in cake decorating.
Marzipan Sculpting This course will provide me with professional guidance and practical hands-on experience working with marzipan. I will leave with a professionally packaged assortment of marzipan treats based on related seasonal themes, from holiday wreaths and bunny rabbits to fruit baskets.
In last night`s Gum Paste II class, we began the process for making Peony and Jasmine Flowers. We made Peony Buds, Peony Centres, Jasmine Buds, and Jasmine Flowers. We also made Jasmine Leaves and Ivy Leaves. 🙂
In my first Gum Paste II class we began making exciting new flowers. We started with the centres: Cattleya Columns, Casablanca Lily Stamens, Casablanca Lily Buds, and Casablanca Lily Pistils. They’re going to be beautiful! 🙂
