Day 2: Olympics…

It was Day 2 of the Olympics in Sochi, Russia, and it turned out to be a pretty exciting and rewarding one. 😀

Both Canada and the Netherlands won 3 medals. Both countries won a gold, a silver and a bronze.

Canada won a gold and silver in Freestyle Skiing – Women’s Moguls. It was two sisters (Justine & Chloe Dufour-Lapointe) that took the top awards.

How cute is this picture.. Not only did Canada win a gold & silver medal in Freestyle Skiing - Women's Moguls, but they're sisters! :)

And the bronze was won by Mark McMorris in Slopestyle Snowboarding, despite having an injury of a broken rib. Pretty impressive! 🙂
